How we spend PTA funds

PTA fundraising directly benefits students across the school. Recent contributions have supported:
- The annual Bird of Prey visit
- The Susie Rymer Music Fund
- Improvements to school facilities, including changing rooms
- Contributions towards a new school minibus
- Upgraded lighting technology in the Forum
- New microscopes for the Science Department
In addition to funding projects, the PTA runs a range of popular community events throughout the year, including Burns Night and other social evenings that bring families and staff together.
These initiatives enhance the educational experience at Harrogate Grammar School and help ensure students benefit from opportunities beyond the core curriculum.
Get Involved
If you would like to support the PTA, we would be delighted to hear from you. Whether you can volunteer at events, share professional skills, or simply attend and support our activities, your involvement makes a real difference.
