We are delighted to welcome Dr Sigman to HGS on Wednesday 12 February.
The talk will focus on how to manage and prevent dependency on smartphones and screen time (including gaming, social media and TV). This talk will cover the overuse and misuse of phones and non-homework screen activities and how these are linked to physical, emotional and academic wellbeing, and what you can do as a parent to reduce these risks,
